This bead with a hole diameter of 5 mm is a find in Weingarten / Germany from the 5th-8th centuries. Modeled after the 19th century (The original pearls are part of a chain - I have enlarged the hole diameter & the pearl here.)
Larger hole diameters for very thick beards or DReads can be realized up to 10 mm.
