The beads of this category are made according to the finds from Nordhausen district Sundhausen in Germany. The burial ground is dated to the 8th century.

In size they are as true to scale as possible. Minor deviations between each other are due to manual work (no mechanical production!).

All glass beads offered here are handcrafted after extensive research and then slowly cooled down in the digitally controlled tempering furnace. This guarantees a long service life for the glass bead when used appropriately.
